What is the cancellation policy?
Changes or cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Call (02) 8571 0622 .
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and socks. Socks are required for all participants.
Is the rink made from real ice?
No. It uses a purpose-built synthetic skating surface.
Do I need to book online?
Online booking is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your skating time may be reduced, or you may be moved to the next available session.
Where do I collect my dining voucher?
Collect it from the Concierge Desk by showing your booking confirmation.
